Etsy-Calc.com takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

• When you buy Pro: your email address (from PayPal) is stored so we can email your license key and verify your access. We never receive or store your PayPal password or card details — those stay with PayPal.
• When you send feedback: the email address you choose to provide and the message you send.
• Calculator inputs: the numbers you type into the calculator are processed in your browser and are not stored on our server.
• Basic logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to prevent abuse.

2. Cookies and sessions

We use a small cookie to keep you logged in to Pro and to run the admin area. This cookie is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. What we do with your data

• Email you your license key and important account notices.
• Read feedback you send, to improve the tool.
• Keep the site working and secure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, except where required by law or to provide the service (e.g. PayPal processes your payment).

4. Third parties

Payments are processed by PayPal. Their handling of your payment data is governed by PayPal's own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep data

Account data (email, license key, subscription status) is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete it. Feedback is kept until we delete it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold about you at any time via the feedback page.
