1. What this tool is

Etsy-Calc.com is an independent, unofficial fee and profit calculator for Etsy sellers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Etsy, Inc. in any way.

2. No financial or tax advice

All calculations are estimates based on publicly published fee schedules and assumptions you enter. Fees, taxes, and currency rates change. Results may differ from your actual charges or net profit. You are responsible for verifying your own numbers and for any financial, tax, or business decisions you make.

3. Free tools and Pro subscription

• The calculator and free tools are available without payment.
• Pro unlocks advanced features (batch pricing, price-for-margin, goal planning, and more) via a paid subscription.
• Subscription is billed by the period you chose at signup and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• License keys are personal to the email used at purchase and may not be shared or resold.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, resell, or abuse the service, its content, or its license keys, and not to interfere with its operation.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etsy-Calc.com and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the service.
