Refund Policy

Etsy-Calc.com offers a simple refund policy for its paid Pro subscription.

1. Money-back guarantee

If Pro does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Send us a message through the feedback page (choose the "Other / general" category), or contact PayPal directly. Include the email address used at checkout so we can find your purchase.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your PayPal account. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically produce a refund for the current period.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it appears depends on your bank or card provider, typically 3–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank — we will gladly resolve any issue directly.
